3. User Accounts and Registration

Program Description: SMS notifications for event invitations, reminders, polls, and verification codes.

By providing your mobile phone number or opting in through our Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from Loopin for the following purposes:

• Event invitations and RSVP requests
• Event reminders and updates
• Poll notifications and voting requests
• Account verification codes
• Important service announcements
• Event-related communications from other participants

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your event participation and activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active event periods. Message frequency typically ranges from 1-10 messages per week, depending on your usage patterns.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to any SMS message from Loopin
• Replying "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any SMS message from Loopin
• Replying "HELP" for assistance or support information

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Loopin does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard rates for messages sent and received.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including network availability and carrier policies.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
